Entrepreneurship and Innovation in Context
I'm currently taking a course in Entrepreneurship and Innovation in Context at Reykjavik University, taught by Balla Kamallakharan, the founder of Startup Iceland. In the quest for personal growth, every type of knowledge is valuable. Through the course, I hope to understand whether every idea is viable. Can every idea be nurtured into a full-blown business or enterprise? What type of mindset does an entrepreneur have or need to develop? How do you build sound systems and teams?
About me
My name is Dr Ivy Essiam (PhD). I am what you call a 'doer' or personality type ESTP. I love being active, productive and I love efficiency. I am pragmatic, hands-on and I love to turn ideas (not necessarily mine) into reality . I am a project manager and an avid learner. I love to know a bit about everything. Many people have asked how I manage to get so much done, in spite of my busy schedule! Well, hopefully this blog might answer that question!
Through this blog I hope to share my unique mindset and what motivates me to be productive. I hope to inspire you to be your authentic self, as that is where I believe we all tap into God's divine purpose for our lives.
